Unable to figure out how to get the Preview window to reappear (nothing in the Help files nor on Google), and after a reboot failed to fix the issue, I did a clean uninstall as per this page:

And when I downloaded and reinstalled the program I had purchased some time back, it asks for the serial, and when I put it in, it says:
"The application will restart to complete the upgrade process."
Then I hit [OK]. Then the same screen pops back up, no matter how many times I either copy-paste or manually type in the serial. Rebooting doesn't help, nor does uninstalling and re-installing.
