Uninstalling DVD Architect

I have win 10 and have installed Movie Studio 16 Platinum without difficulty, and I want to remove and reinstall the DVD Architect that accompanies Vegas 16. I am unable to uninstall DVD Architect it always says 'problem with windows PLL installer' or the like and this is in Programs and Features which I am using to try to uninstall the DVD Architect so I can reinstall it.

I don't know that the "PLL installer" has anything to do with DVD Architect. Are you sure that's the issue? And what do you mean by "PLL installer or the like"?
