Unlinking audio from video in VV3.0

I'm waaayyyy new to using Video in VV 3.0 (I'm almost exclusively working in the audio domain) so please excuse this newbie-style question.
When I open a video project with accompanying audio, the audio seems to be locked to the video. Is there a way to unlock the audio from the video and/or remove the audio track?
Sorry, I'm sure this is obvious.

Select the clip and type U to ungroup the audio from the video. You may also select either the audio or the video and press the Delete key to delete one or the other.
