Unsupprted Media Type

When I try to playback a video I get an error

"An error occurred while starting playback
An unsupported media type was requested"

In details it states "The payback device Microsoft Sound Manager does not support the current output format"

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to playback my video?

What kind of video are you attempting to view (ie, frame size, video codec, audio codec, bitrate, format, etc.)? It could be that the video's specifications exceed the capabilities of your Mapper. Check that data for us and write back here...
