Unusually SLOW SCS SUPPORT Lags = Normal?

I filed an online support question on Dec. 31, 2011 for VP10.
Three weeks later I reminded them I had done so.
It's now over 45 days later.

Still nothing.

I don't want to get all self-righteous or impatient.
And I've read enough posts here at this forum that SCS is a bit slow.

But c'mon, this beyond slow.
It's bordering on rude IMO.
I'm a legit Veggie :)

I've contacted SCS Tech Support maybe two times over the past few years. The response was always within 24-hours. (I was asking about a Vegas feature that I couldn't figure out).

Did you ask for help on this forum?

Yes, at link below -- and I've mentioned this at a couple of other threads dealing with VP10/11 bugs. It is a bug. Fortunately, it doesn't happen 100% of the time, but it's irritating when it does. SCS is also aware of the thread since I gave them the link to it also.

Later Edit/Correction: I did get an automated response not too long after I submitted the ticket but it had no relevance to the issue. Aside from that, still nothing.
