Updated Keyboard Shortcut list needed

After loading V20, I discovered that at least one Keyboard Shortcut has changed (CTRL-ALT-END instead of CTRL-END). Have other Shortcuts changed and is there a current list that can be downloaded?

Most of our documentation is rather severely out of date due to our lack of a tech writer on staff. The keyboard shortcut list is victim to this as well, but we hope to have our documentation issues slowly resolved in the coming months.
