I would like to update to the newest edition of Vegas Pro 18, but upon downloading the update I get an error every time. It reads: "Error: -2147163964 occurred during installation. Could not open key: UNKNOWN\.ogg\vegas180_ogg\Shellnew. Verify that you have access to that key or contact your support personnel." Any ideas on what to do?
