updating to v 2.0c

I bought and installed vf version 2.0a. I downloaded version 2.0c. When I installed it, it wanted a serial number, but would not accept the one on my original CD envelope. How do I activate version 2.0c?

You need the serial number on the inside page of the Manual - which I presume you have? I don't know of a serial number being on an envelope. Perhaps you should speak to SoFo when they reopen - yes?

Thanks for your reply. My Video Factory package has the serial number on the CD sleeve. I used it successfully to activate version 2.0a, but it doesn't activate the 2.0c update. I will contact SoFo as you suggested.

Now - let me remember! . . . I got VF 2.0a, registered that - number inside manual - downloaded the 2.0c. No problem . . . I don't understand.
