It all depends if any of the new enhancements/features have any relevance
to you or not. For me, the inclusion of low latency ASIO compatibility and per-track input monitoring was worth it for me, which allowed me to seemlessly incorporate my UAD-1 into my Vegas DAW setup. There of course, other nice new features, but those two were the most important to me. Everyone's circumstance is different, you will have to decide for yourself if the upgrade price is worth it. For me, is was a worthwhile upgrade.
