Upgrade from V13?

I read the post regarding bitman losing his Boris element key when upgrading. I have BCC V9 and a bunch of NewBlue effects, Video Essentials etc in Vegas 13. Will I lose their functionality as well if I upgrade?

Purchased NewBlue effects will be fine. Bundle effects may watermark.
