I just upgraded to vegas pro, came with the newblue and hitfilm stuff..

I bought the boris fx line and was interested in just getting the vegas pro edit instead of the pro since i don't need a lot of other stuff..

However, I did buy the pro version and it came with the extra effects. When I upgrade to 15 will those effects that came with pro 14 still be working in 15?

Short answer, yes. I've purchased other NB stuff and they have all stayed around through the upgrades. Even from SONY to MAGIX. Keep ALL serial numbers. Though NewBlue has them as well, for if and/or when your entire system goes sideways. Also back up all d/l'ed programs.
