Hi,

First post on this forum, I got the Sony Movie Studio 13 Platinum when I bought my new video camera a few months back. Didn't use it first as I had allready bought Corel Video Studio X9, which I did like but it couldn't render video files from my Sony cam correctly so I started using SMS13P as that worked.

Now I have downloaded the Magix Movie Studio 14 Platinum trial and edited my first video, I'm not directly disappointed but to me it doesn't seem to be that much difference between the two versions. I was hoping for a lift when it comes to add text and animate that (and other objects), still a bit quirky process to do that. Also, after rendering my first (4K) video it gave me an error saying the file could not be saved properly - but it was saved and worked fine.

Guess I'm just looking for opinions from other users to if I should upgrade or not. Any comments on this?
