Is there any advantage to upgrade to 5.2 from 5.00 and if so is there an upgrade price?

Have downloaded the trial version of 5.2 but cannot see an upgrade price simply the full price for Vegas and Dvda.

If there is an advantage, how does one get the upgrade price over the internet?
