Upgrade to Movie Studio & DVD ?

I currently have Screenblast Movie Studio having upgraded from Video Factory about a year ago.

Sony is advertising an upgrade to Movie Studio & DVD for $30. Its sounds like a good deal, but does anyone have an opinion if it offers any "real" feature enhancements?

Have a look at this thread. There's a trial download, so you can see for yourself whether the new features do it for you.
