Upgrading from std to pro MPEG-2 encoder

According to this page (http://www.sonicfoundry.com/Products/showproduct.asp?PID=614), I can upgrade from the standard to the professional MPEG-2 encoder for $70, the difference between the $30 and the $100 encoders. I already have the standard encoder, but now I want to try out variable bit rate encoding to see how that compares. So, I try to upgrade from within Video Factory, but it sends me to the store front page (http://www.sonicfoundry.com/shopping/default.asp) rather than a page where I can buy the $70 upgrade. Can someone point me to the URL where I can buy the $70 upgrade? Thanks

If you are planning to update to the full Mpeg2 version, why not update to Vegas Video for $199.
The full mpeg2 version is included in Vegas Video.
So for $ 129 more you have the high end version.

That does sound like a good idea. Anyone know if my VF projects will open properly in VV? I've got a few projects I do not want to re-edit from raw footage :)

Vegas 3 opens VideoFactory 2 files perfectly.

Cool. You guys should get a commission from SF for all your help! :)
