I had a trial version of VMS 9.0, then it expired. I liked it so much I bought the real deal, downloaded and installed it. When I try to start the app, it keeps displaying the dialogue that says the trial version has expired,.. buy now or close. Anyone have any suggestions???
Once the purchase went through, Sony should have emailed you the access codes to register the software. Also, did you uninstall the Trial version before you installed the new one?
I'm very interested if this problem has been solved, because the same thing happened to me last week. I have daily contact with customer support, but the thing still is not working yet.
If you have found a solution, I would be very pleased if you could let me know.
Edit: The support desk just gave me the right tip. Everything is running now. Btw: In the ordering screen I had to choose for Purchase by phone, ther I could enter my serial number.
