Upgrading from VA2.0g to VV3

I'm getting ready to upgrade from Vegas Audio 2.0g to Vegas Video 3 (I'm a audio only guy). I'm running Win98SE with a MOTU2408 interface. Will my current VA2 projects port over to the new VV3 program? Is there any known problems to watch out for like edited saved direct-X presets trasfering ok? Thank you, mcm

I did the same with no problems on Win98se and Win2k I have a 1296 and 2 old 2408s.

Sorry to skew the topic a bit, but are you able to record at 24 bits successfully with your setup (is it 2408Mk2 ?) I have problems at 24 bits with VA2 and Win98SE with a hugely asymetric wavefrom and buzz at 24 bit depth. Fine at 16 ....

And yes, veg file load up just fine. careful to set default directories etc the same.
