Upgrading Ultimate S -- instructions, please

I've just downloaded Ultimate S 1.1.10, to upgrade my current 1.1.9 version.

Do I need to uninstall the old one first, or just install the new one on top of it?

Hi Spot I have another Ultimate S question. I have purchased it and have my registration code. However now when I try to open the Ultimate S from the Vegas program bar it flashes me that my evaluation period is over and wants me to purchase it, which I already have. it seems to have lost my unlock code. Sorr for hijacking this thread but I just discovered this. I am running Vegas 5b, I think I'll wait for 6c or d to suplant the b version.. OK fixed it my registration key some how got corrupted.
