upload revisions to youtube

I uploaded my first video to youtube from VMS and discovered a couple minor bugs. I made the necessary revisions and re-uploaded and it seemed to go fine but I'm still only seeing the original version on youtube. Newbie question I know but what's the procedure for making revisions and re-uploading.

Youtube has no provision for replacing the video once uploaded. The correct procedure is to delete the first video and upload the revision. You may use the same title.

This is one of the 4-5 reasons why I use Vimeo instead of youtube. Vimeo allows to do this.
