nope - but i generally create a 'master' and leave that go overnight. otherwise you'd probably have to keep vegas open for the duration - a pain if you want to do other things on the pc....

I do the same thing on creating a master file to upload - was looking to streamline my workflow - thanks for the input!

Here's a tip. I use Onedrive, but I'm sure this works with other services such as dropbox. Output your upload file to a local Onedrive folder and Onedrive/dropbox will upload it to the cloud. Then, in Vimeo you can use Onedrive/Dropbox as your upload source. It is a virtually instantaneous transfer to Vimeo (at least from Onedrive). Of course, you still have upload time to your cloud service, but if you render at night it's all uploaded and ready to transfer in the morning. You also have your file archived in the cloud.
