Is this happening when you preview it or after you render it ? If its when you preview it try rendering it out, theres a good chance it won't have the flicker.

I've had this too.

I had this on a small section of Glow which was inturn on a section which was a piece of a truck's windsrceen which had a "purple" sunscreen. It was as if the Glow was fighting with the "real" polariziing effect of this purple screen. It was just sooo weird and kinda not bothering me I let it go . . Went up on the big screen and kinda added to the overall effect . . Not worried, but wierd! - Some kind of silly maths going on.
