URGENT - Vegas 17 or 20 will not load

I've been using Vegas since V10 and have never had an issue of this Magnatude. Apparently this has been a widesread problem first reported in May. V 20 was working perfectly and then was not used for a few months. I've tried all recomended fixes to no avail.

1- Disconect from Internt

2 -Change date and time

3 -removal and reinstalation which has caused further issues complaining that resources are unavailabel for removal

4) - Build 403 solved nothing as did earlier versions

5 - Previous V17 instalation no longer working.

No response after initial splash screen. I am dead in the water waiting to get paid.

WINDOWS 11

I-9 128Gig of Ram

Seems like an entirely different issue to the one affecting only 19 and 20 this May. The patches fully them

Try uninstalling with an uninstaller? (Revo?)

Are other programs no longer working? May be a Windows issue.

Everything else works fine on my machine and software stack. The problem started prior to any updating or patched version. I've never used Revo. I see pages and pages of posts on this subject and it 's whack a mole. No clear solution or explanantion. I'll give Revo a try because I've hosed something. It's compaining of not being able to remove old version and exits.Any thought greatly appreciated. Note comment at end of 1st paragraph on this thread:

Glad to hear your computer is otherwise working.

I'd try to erase every trace of it from the computer (hence the uninstaller) though it's likely possible to do the same manually in c:\program files, the registry, and users\app data. Then try again as something is clearly corrupted. After you get it to work try to make a system image so you can revert to that if needed in the future.

This has nothing to do with the inability of 19 and 20 to validate a certificate post May 2023, so the fixes for that (patch or set back clock or disable internet) cannot help you.
