User interface for "Film Effects" and "TV simulator" in Vegas Pro v23

User interface for "Film Effects" and "TV simulator" have been cut off on the right hand side as well as the bottom. This limits greatly the use of these effects. I noticed this in both Vegas Pro v22 and Vegas Pro v23

This is sometimes caused from a missing font from the system that Vegas uses. Did this just start happening?

Also curious of the screen resolution of your monitor.

The missing font is likely MS Sans Serif.
