User Premissions with DVD Architect

Just installed DVD Architect and the user is unable to burn DVD's the message say you do not have enough administrative privaliges. Is there a setting that can be changed so I don't have to give the user Administrative rights to the PC?

Check this thread. There is a simple-but-maybe-not-definite solution suggested by yours truly, and then a more-likely-but-slightly-more-complicated answer from Sony.
