Using AcidPro4 with VV3? Any of you?...

I've been asking in the Acid Forum but I'd like to have some input from here too...
Do any of you use Acid -a lot- with VV3? I'd like to get the APro4 but there seems to be a few bugs to fix. What I'd like would be to use an old MIDI beatbox I got for years and to create loops based on real sounds taken from video clips. I'd like to be able to create these loops and edit them after (i.e.: lenght etc... to "fit" the same loop in different projects). I'd also like to record (from guitar, bass, microphone, etc...)here and there.
The problem for me has been, until now, not being able to really synchronise, let's say, a few hammer hits with a drumbeat on a music bed. Every time, there's a delay that comes up after a few seconds... If I get it ok, AcidPro would completely fix my problem, no?
Thanks for your help!

yes Acid is the key for doing loop based music. I think the workflow would be to render your loop from Vegas as a WAV file, then take it into Acid where you can Acidize it and then play it at any tempo you like.
