Assuming you want just a text link with no thumbnail:

1. Right-click your button and change the Button style to Text and Image
2. Drag the image part of the button and place it below the text portion.
2b. (Left this out somehow before...) Select the button, go to the Properties window and find the Thumbnail section -- click the red X to get rid of the image.
3. Select the button, go to the Properties window and find the Highlight section.
4. Change the highlight Style to Custom. For hightlight Mask, click the elipse and find your curved underline graphic.
5. Resize the box for the underline highlight as you see fit.

(This'll all go smoother if you've got DVDA set to Show Button Masks -- Control-B)
