Super (c) should be able to do it if it's a straight video.

Thanks for the info. I tried the app, but kept getting error messages. One thing the error messages suggested was that I needed to use a different codec in my SWF file. Unfortunately, I have no control over the codec used by the app that I'm working with (Demo Builder -- for recording screen activity).

I have found one that's not free (about $70), called Moyea SWF to Video Converter. It's working.
