using the new slo motion in Platinum 17.. Incredibly slow

I have the new Platinum 17 and using a 52533kb mp4 file. I am using 1080ti for processing.. I did do the setting for "fine".. It has been rendering for about 5 hrs and is @ 37%.. not sure what else to.. This is a VERY small video .. it is 4k.
