I have seen very little here on image correction using the FX plugins "Levels" and "Color Correction" etc. while this is my main problem with Vegas. With only an average computer monitor I always use the video scopes, but still never know how many clips to process or just how much.

Let me ask:
1) With correctly exposed and white balanced footage what % of clips do the members here process with FX?
2) Using levels with the histogram do the members here strive to have a luminence range from 0 to 256 (100%) or is a limited range OK?
3) In Photoshop I use the eye droppers to select the pure black and white points and find this very useful. Is there no equivalent in Vegas?
