Using Vdub Cartooner with plugin Pac adapter

I'm using Vdub's cartooner through Debugmode's plug in pac adapter (IMO... better than New Blue's cartooner by a fair shot) and there is a framerate adjustment in the adapter.

Can anybody tell me exactly what this frame rate adjustment does?? As near as I can tell... it doesn't do a dammed thing! The preview comes out the same whether I set it at 10 or 30. Is this adjustment for some special??

If you're using scripting versus setting the Wax preference before starting Vegas, you might try it both ways, but I suspect it's just something that has no effect either because the plugin itself doesn't use it, or getting the plugin to work in Vegas meant disabling that function.

It's not actually wax but rather the previous version (pluginPac.zip).... better than wax, or at least not as buggy. Comes up as a direct plugin that works ON the time line instead of parallel to it like Wax.

But at any rate I believe your right that the plugin itself doesn't use frame rate adjust so it is simply overlooked.... most logical explanation I've heard to date anyway.
