Using Vegas with Korg video tools?

Anybody using Vegas 5 with Korg's KAOSS Pad entrancer (audio/video processor) and krossfour (video mixer)?

1) Where do you get your hands on one in Washington?
2) Can they be used to live switch conventional shoots (like multicamera conference shoots) as well as VJ fancy switching?
3) Is there any setup that compares with these video switchers, save Edirol and Videonics video switchers?
