Do a search on music licenses or royalties. There are many threads on this "touchy" subject. Short answer - it will cost you. :)

Goto Ascap, BMI, or Sesac web sites. They will list the info you need (if they have the song).

A few years ago an entertainment lawyer in NYC told me to expect to budget about $16,000 per song, but I can't say from personal experience. A Google search for royalty free music will net some pretty inexpensive music, including this link:
