V10 Crashes with Neat Video

I upgraded to Vegas 10, now 10b from Vegas 8. I installed the Neat Video plug-in with Vegas 8, and it carried over to Vegas 10 when I upgraded. But when i try to use it, I get a message that a frame is not selected (when there is) and it freezes the whole program.

Just a wild guess but might this be a 32 bit versus 64 bit issue?

Scratch, I cannot confirm your problem here - Neatvideo (both 32 and 64 bit) worked well with VP 10.0a, and still does with the 10.0b.

Hi,

Neat Video permanently in use in my setup. Never faced any problem. I run on 64bit Vegas. Check whether you have installed update, which is compatibile with Vegas 10 (there was update about two months ago).

I'm running 32bit for both V10 and Neat Video on this machine. It worked fine on Vegas 8.0, But i have not updated Neat Video since I got it last summer. I 'll see if I can find it. Thanks
