V13 Make a track into a rhomboid?

What's the plugin I need to make a track shaped like a rhomboid or parallelogram. I want to start with a regular shape and push the top to one side over time. Hope that makes sense. Thanks

Thanks, couldn't get to grips with Deform - no where near making the kind of rhomboid shape you linked to. However HitFilm Bezier Warp did the trick.
