V19 menu bloat, high dpi settings

I am using a laptop with a 4K screen. I have been using a high dpi display setting of 250x for V18 and below. With V19 this causes the project properties menu to be too tall to display the select buttons at the bottom of the menu. I can resolve this by setting the high dpi display scaling to 225, but I have a number of older programs that are hard to see at 250x.

Can anyone advise me how to set different high dpi settings for different programs? Windows 10 seems to offer this, but I don't see how to do it.

May I request that the menus of future Vegas releases be designed with some kind of scrolling or "stretch" option so all features of the menu can be accessed somehow, by stretching the menu, scrolling the menu, or something so each release doesn't lead to further high dpi scaling adjustments.

Right-click the VP shortcut and choose "Properties> Compatibles> Change high DPI" settings" is only Windows setting I am aware of, aside from the global DPI % and resolution.

Yes, that is what I have been doing. I fear this will just continue to scale things until older stuff is totally unreadable, if Vegas and other companies don't alter how they configure menus. Some menus, like the properties menu, have scrolling so you can access everything, some like project properties don't.
