It never asks for a password. It brings up a window that asks to choose the account, which I do, and then just circles. Eventually, that window just closes. In researching this, I found that ports 80 and 443 need to be open. I opened them but still the issue remains. In further research, I find that it may have to do with Starlink not providing a static IP address.

log in to the HUB today.That's what I thought but it was the only reasonable explanation I could come up with. I still haven't heard from support, either.

Suggestion when you "quote" a reply, hit your Enter key a few times to remove your reply from the quoted words. But again, if you IP address has changed, you will have to log back in again to the HUB. As to your particular problem, I wish I had a solution, but someone who uses Starlink would have to chime in if they have any issues.
