V2c DV PAL bug fix

I purchased VF this morning and discovered that
the AVI rendering (for PAL DV) doesn't work.....!!

Saw a reference to a v2c bug fix to address this problem.

Anyone out there (at Sonic Foundry) who can give an
indication when this will be released?

We are planning on releasing a fix for this on or before the 25th of January.
