V4+DVDA - set chapters from timeline markers?

I've been noting timecodes on the NLE timeline where I want to insert chapter points when I author, and then punching them in on the authoring app to insert chapter points for menuing.

It wasn't clear to me in DVDA how setting chapter points work. Will I be able to create chapter points from timeline markers inserted in V4?

I don't know about using markers from VV4, but to set the chapter points, import a media file (AVI), double click on the thumbnail that appears on the page, and use the filmstrip to navigate to your chapter points. Click on the Insert Chapter button underneath the filmstrip.

According to dse in a creative cow post, DVDA will read markers set in V4 (or you can set them on the timeline in DVDA).
