V4 Media Pool Problem after project reload- All same pic

Media Pool shows all clips with the same frame. The right clips are still there, just wrong thumbnail. Is there a way to refresh the media pool? Are others seeing this with reloaded projects?

I've been seeing that rather sporadically. It seems to happen mainly with clips captured with VidCap 4 and not other clips i already have, so i think it may be a VidCap problem.
