V4 On New Computer

I currently have VV3 and I plan to purchase V4 in the next 3-4 weeks and plan to buy a new computer in the next 2-3 months. With the new computer I have two questions; 1) can I legally run the same V4 on both computers, if yes how do I go about upgrading computer 1 and loading computer 2,
2) how can I transfer the upgraded V4 from computer 1 to computer 2?

1) Unless policy has changed lately, yes
When you install the program on a computer the process lets you register online or create a HTML file that you can open on another computer (one with internet connection). You then get an activatin code which is unique to your computer. That is why you must register the program again from the other computer - same way.
2) Either burn it to a CD, use local area network, download the file twice, dig out the harddisk and install it on the other computer or set up a PC to PC link. If this is all impossible - and you don't want to wait for the packaged version - download the demo version somewhere else and burn it to a CD that you can put into your computers at home. The demo is identical to the real thing, but for the registration code.
