V5 Thread Priority always High

V5 always starts up with it's thread priority set to 'High', a couple of other users have said that for them it starts in 'Normal'.

Anyone shed some light on this; am I the only one?

Mine starts up set to normal. I'm not sure if there is any kind of OS setting that can affect the start up.
