v6.0 Install with Cineform

If Cineform is already installed on my machine do I need to uninstall it before installing V6? If I uninstall the previous copies of Cineform after installing V6 will it do any harm?

I left Cineform installed on my system and still use it on occasion. sometimes just to convert an m2t that was captured in V6 to the cineformDI, as a stand alone.
