V7 Video FX - No Control

Well, I can not seem to control any Sony video fx. No controls are visible. I can choose a preset, but have no sliders or buttons to adjust. 3rd party effects seem to be fine, but all built in Vegas effects are whacked. Anyone else seeing this?

Close Vegas and re-open, now controls are available. Everything seems fine now.
