Have you guys read the Vegas 7.0a Release Notes? There's actually quite a lot of good information there.
For example, it says you won't get full screen video preview on a secondary monitor if your video card doesn't provide 3D hardware acceleration.
Also, there are a few significant 'Windows 2000 limitations (driven by Windows, not by Vegas) around audio.
* 24-bit Windows Media Audio files will always be read as 16-bit files in Windows 2000 (multichannel files are read as 16-bit stereo). This is a limitation of the operating system. You can render 24-bit WMA files, but if you want to read these files as 24-bit audio, copy them to a Windows XP machine.
