v8, how does the subtitling work?

i think isaw that as one of the "new" features, a subtitling tool for us "international" friends :)
playing with the demo now, but I cant find it anywhere :)

I'm looking at the release notes, and there is nothing there about a new subtitling tool.

i read it in the teasing material just before it was released.. maybe they just meant the old way then :(
maybe i was wishing it so strongly that i read "new subtitling tool"?

The teasing material listed every feature point they could think of. Only a handful were listed as "New".
