V9.0c + MP4 = -ve color in VLC?

Encoded to mp4 720p25 and played back in VLC I get negative color, everything else OK. Bring mp4 file back into V9 and it looks fine. Checked with just bars, same result. Tried both MC and Sony encoder, same result. Worked fine before I upgraded from V9.0b to V9.0c or was doing that a mistake?

Problem found, nothing to do with Vegas.
nVidia drivers / desktop manager / Bob playing with something.

You'd have thought I'd have known better but it does show (again) how video cards and there settings / drivers can totally confound one.
