Just about every week, I need to shrink or stretch some voiced audio clips (+ - 3%) in order to have them fit into a set timing.

I have loaded a project from from v8 to v9 and the shrinked audio (didn't have any clips to stretch from this one) sounds like a mixture of intermittent echo and fine distortion.
I have got the project to load new .sfk files and tried various stretch attributes but still no improvement. I have been doing this for years on previous version vegas but now, it's just not usable....

Wondering if anyone has got this issue?
