I have vagas Movie Studio 9 Platinum in a computer where the o/s in xp

I have INSTALLED vagas Movie Studio 9 Platinum in a different computer.

When I try to drag a transition to a picture located in a channel ... a red circle appears

and the transition will not move

I am interested in any help you can give
