Vages Pro 13 showing error codes when importing certain .mp4 files

Hi folks. I wonder if anyone can offer me any help with a very annoying problem I am having.

My VP13 (build 453) has just started rejecting certain .mp4 files. I keep getting this error code;

"An error occurred during the current operation. An error occurred writing the file. Please make sure you have write access to the file/folder and that there is enough free space."

This has never happened before, and is only happening when I try to import files from a certain folder. There is nothing wrong with the files themselves, as I can view them just fine.

With regards 'free space' my PC has loads of free data space, editing power and memory. For reference, I never have any problems with editing, and VP is usually rock solid and super fast.

I am in the middle of producing a series of films, using at least 8-10 video channels/tracks.

Many thanks for any help. I really can't find what's causing this.

Regards

RV

Without knowing exactly what type of files that are, what is the source of the files, at the best a short sample of this type of footage, it will be hard to say anything about that or even test that for you. So could you deliver a short sample of this footage where you see the problem?

I have around 8 - 10 video tracks. All the same .mp4 (action camera) files from different cameras. Everytime I try to import the files from a certain camera (only just started happening) I get this error. I am 7 episodes in to this series, and up until now, the files from this camera have been fine. As I say, I can actually view the video footage just fine. Upon import I get this error. Which then removes all the audio wave files from all the other import (and saved) tracks...

SOLVED* My apologies. The actual hard drive containing this particular camera had no free space, so must have been struggling to breath! Sorry for the confusion, and for wasting your time. My own fault.
