So what does a broke a** video guy get his gf for V-Day ? A video of course. Not " copyright " friendly, but it was for the girlfriend, so shoot me. =)
I made the mistake to let my wife (of 16 years) watch it over my shoulder ...she said "ahhhh" about 3 times and then slapped me up side the head at about 01:02 .... thanks a lot Muttley!
Seriously very well done!
Randy

Anyone can run into a store and "buy" something... what you did took time, effort, thought, and came from the heart and that counts for a lot in my book. Thank you for sharing it with us.
Ray! Brilliant . . All those layers and all those shadows . . I did love the little dog . .was it, did it reappear with Spaghetti all over its head! LOL - big time . .and your partners "Teeth" - caught me by surprise . . . Greart Stuff .. .
Thanks for sharing what is, after all, a fairly initmate little present . .lucky Gal . . what a wonderful thing to give someone . .
The glow could have been either a border or the track motion glow effect. Easy to do and since he only had the pics against a transparent background, the glow highlighted the pics...
WOOOOOOOOOOOW !!!
Bicubic talent!
You should seriously consider making video clips for bands if you don't do it now... seriously...!
Ooops, checked again on your site and you DO! : /
First off, she loved it. Overwhelmed might be a good word. She was more than a little embarrassed ( in a fun way ) since the first time she saw it was when I turned on the Austin Music Network and there the host was talking about it and doing an intro and then, there she was, doing karate and wearing a robe for all of Austin to see. I'll post it with the intro and outro as soon as I get the chance, its pretty funny. =)
As for making it, those were all just pics that we've taken since we've been together with our dinky Exlim Casio 2.0 mp camera. I did use some chromakey, but only on like two of the flower pics at the open. Those first two shots were where this whole thing started, more as an experiment than anything. All the rest were cut out, touched up, and saved as separate layers as Photoshop files since they also support transparency. The drop shadows and outer glow's were all done in Photoshop.
Again, thanks all. It takes it to a different level that not only she liked it, but ya'll liked it as well. Means a lot to me.
P.S. Grazie, that wasn't spaghetti ! It was tassels from the throw rug ! lol, but now I may try the spaghetti thing at some point, my dog is going to hate you !
